NDURE third class product quality and worst after sale service.

 i normally use E**** brand of shoes due to duribility of product. During a site visit my shoe got damaged, as there wass no outlet near the place. My friend suggest me to go with NDURE. I bought a sandle invoice # 2208106600 dated 22-03-2022 from NDURE . Picture attached. 

As i have to move around my construction site a lot i keep changing shoes as per the turf. after using it max for a 5~7 days approximately around 15 of apr 2022 I noticed that the fency part of the NDURE shoe marked in picture stated getting damaged. 


I went to the NDURE outlet from where I had bought from and tried to claim warranty. I was first asked to bring invoice. As i was trusting NDURE brand and having no double about quaility I had placed it some where and didnt remembered. I requested them to check in system as i have date of purchase and box with the product. The NDURE counter guy said the data is deleted and we have no previous record for it.


I went back tried searching it and after few days I was able to find it.  I went back to the store with the invoice. The counter guy after checking the product told me that it cannot be claimmed in warranty. I left the shoe on the NDURE shop counter. I even tried approaching NDURE through different media like social media , their website, their chat support but NDURE did not show willingness to help in claming warranty. 


The purpsoe of writing this article was to make people aware that NDURE is not a good brand and their after sale support is zero. NDURE give every execuse which they can to skip warranty claims.
